Step off the world for seclusion and a little bit of peace at ‘Nightingales’.   Named after the local community nurse who lived there for 50yrs. and for the Nightingales who often sing there at night, this quiet, secluded sunspot sleeps up to 5 persons and is located in a semi-rural, country village opposite woodland.

* The beach, Keyhaven Nature Reserve and Hurst Spit and Castle are all just 2 miles.

Nightingales is strictly non-smoking.  
Children of any age and well behaved pets are all most welcome.

  • Sleeps up to 5 in 1 double and 1 twin/double bedroom (all ground floor)

  • Large, fully equipped natural wood kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, water softener, hob and double oven

Nightingales Prices

There are no hidden extras:

* Bottle of wine or homemade bread and our own eggs for all weekly bookings
* Bed Linen/towels supplied at no extra cost
* Electricity/gas supplied at no extra cost
  
Lets are generally from 4pm on Friday to 10am on a subsequent Friday.  
Shorter lets are available during the low season - please call for details.
Dogs: 1:£15/week, 2:£25/week

Homemade Quiches, jams and fruit pies using New Forest Marque ingredients (including our own eggs, fruit and veg) are available to order in advance or by the day. Please give Jane as much notice as possible!
